We send out our orders in 1-2 days with Royal Mail 2nd class.

If there are any issues please contact us.

We will happily refund or replace plants that go missing in the post or arrive in poor condition.

We request that you send a photo if the plant has arrived in poor condition.

Returns are not requested, instead try to nurture the plant back to health.
